Proportional flow control can be achieved using the PVQ Valve series from SMC. By simply adjusting the input current signal to the valve there will be a corresponding increase or decrease in the output flow. Suitable for Air and other inert gases this valve series is available in both brass and stainless steel with a selection of orifice sizes to suit various maximum flowrates.
