Lightweight, point-of-use ZH and ZU series vacuum generators combine
design simplicity with high performance. Simply plug an air supply tube
in one end, and vacuum is ready at the other end. The slim ZU
generators are extra compact. The ZH and ZU immediate response may be
quicker than central vacuum systems. Also, these generators are often
smaller and lighter than the bulky vacuum lines used in central vacuum
systems. A built-in exhaust silencer keeps generator noise to a
minimum. Available in four nozzle diameters and a number of port sizes.

The multi-stage ZL series is a high-efficiency vacuum generator, which
operates at 150% efficiency (compared to about 40% for other units).
For each scfm of compressed air it consumes, the ZL generates an
incredible 1.587 scfm of suction flow. The ZL is available with a
built-in vacuum switch with digital readout for design flexibility.
Other features include built-in suction filter, exhaust silencer, and
one-touch tube fittings. Its' compact design allows for mounting from
three sides.

The ZM series is an all-in-one vacuum generator, complete with internal
suction filter, exhaust silencer, supply and break valve, and vacuum
switch. Its dual-stage nozzle design increases suction flow by 40% over
single-stage generators, yet its compact size makes it suitable for
many different applications. ZM series generators also boast a strong
vacuum break pressure for quick cycle times. Available in standalone or
manifold configurations.

ZQ compact vacuum ejectors are compact (10mm body width) and
lightweight. The compact design and resin materials make the ZQ 40%
lighter (compared to a 4 station ZX). A digital vacuum pressure switch
with LED display is standard on the ZQ series

The larger ZR is a single-stage vacuum generator. The modular design
allows the user to choose only the components needed for the
application. The ZR is available with a combination of generator unit,
supply/release valve unit, pressure switch unit, and suction filter
unit. Order without the generator unit for use as a filter and valve
assembly for house vacuum systems. Special function plates allow the
use of shop air to create the vacuum, and nitrogen for the blow-off.
Available in standalone or manifold configurations.
