The CXT is designed for short stroke (up to 300mm) and high load
applications. The cylinder utilizes a slide body, which incorporates
large guide rods that allow greater load capability when compared to
competitive slides. The CXT is equipped with optional shock absorbers
or stroke adjustment. A choice of ball bushing bearing or carbon steel
alloy slide bearing is available for applications that require smooth
actuation or impact loading, respectively. The power source is supplied
by a CQS cylinder, which is attached via a flexible coupling.

SMC's hygienic design guide cylinder, series HYG, offers significantly
improved water resistance by adopting a new lubrication construction.
The cylinder's flat configuration (grooves for auto switches and holes
for cushion needles, etc. have been eliminated) allow the surface to be
wiped off easily.

The MGC guide cylinder is ideal for material handling applications
involving stopping, lifting, and pushing. It combines the functions of
a conventional linear cylinder, and a non-rotation device. Features
include standard air cushions, grease nipple, and switch capability.
Other features include, slide or ball bushing bearings, compact design,
adjustable air cushion, and lightweight guided actuator.

Series MGF guide tables are low profile, compact cylinders which
utilize a large concentric guiding sleeve to provide excellent
eccentric load resistance. Mounting is possible from 2 directions. A
built-in non-rotating mechanism prevents rotation of the table top.
T-slots are provided on 3 faces of the MGF body (except port face),
allowing mounting of various brackets. Optional auto switches can be
mounted on 4 faces of the body.

The series MGG guided cylinder is ideally suited for material handling
applications involving stopping, lifting, and pushing. It combines the
functions of a conventional cylinder, linear motion guide, and
non-rotation device. Features include built-in shock absorbers, finite
stroke adjustment, bumpers, and switch capability. Other features
include: Slide or ball bushing bearings available, built-in shock
absorbers and stroke adjustments, high degree of non-rotating accuracy,
and high load capabilities.

Series MGJ miniature guide rod cylinder is ideal for applications
requiring high side load and high non-rotational accuracy (±0.1°).
Rubber bumpers are standard. Two auto switches can be mounted with as
little as 5mm of stroke.

The MGP is designed for high side load applications found in material
handling, lifting and stopping. The cylinder utilizes an ultra-compact
design by incorporating the cylinder body as part of the guide body. As
the stroke length increases, so does the bearing length, thus enhancing
the cylinder's load bearing capacity. Conventional designed guided
cylinders have a set bearing length resulting in dramatic decreases in
side load capacity as stroke lengths increase. The MGP is the latest
generation of guided cylinders and offers higher load capability,
longer strokes, 2 port locations, switch mounting grooves on two sides,
and a more versatile T-slot mounting than the MGQ series. Order made
options for this series include adjustable air cushions, heavy duty
guide rods, copper free, high temperature, and low speed.

The solution for a linear-actuator subject to high loads. Ideal for
material handling applications. Two basic models include a
self-lubricating slide bushing and a linear ball bearing style. The
100mm slide bushing model can stop a load of 1300 Kg. traveling at 280
mm(sg, or smoothly lift a centered load of 450 Kg. with a 40% safety
factor. The overall package is very compact, and pre-tapped mounting
holes ensure easy attachment of fixtures. Mounts on side or bottom. The
MGQ offers bore sizes from 12 to 100mm and is switch capable.
